Upload, distribute and monetise finished Soul Chemist-powered productions with clear rules for YouTube, Content ID, streaming platforms, social audio and genuine promotion.
A Soul Chemist licence grants permission to use covered sounds in qualifying finished productions. It does not guarantee approval by the YouTube Partner Programme, Content ID, a distributor, a streaming service or a social rights system. Each platform applies its own rules.
You may upload, distribute and monetise original productions created with properly licensed Soul Chemist sounds. Raw samples and exposed library files remain protected.
A qualifying release contains your arrangement, production decisions and creative contribution. Uploading an exposed source loop or minimally repackaged library file is not permitted.
The licence provides commercial permission for covered sounds, while YouTube separately evaluates originality, rights, channel quality and advertiser suitability.
Upload completed beats, songs, visualisers, performances, tutorials and production content.
Monetise eligible videos when the channel and content satisfy YouTube’s separate requirements.

YouTube requires exclusive rights to submitted reference material. Standard Soul Chemist sounds are generally non-exclusive and may be licensed to multiple customers.
Release and monetise the completed production. Commercial permission does not automatically create exclusive reference rights.
Only activate YouTube Content ID, Meta, TikTok or similar systems when your distributor accepts the release and its non-exclusive content.
