Sample Packs by Soul Chemist does not currently offer subscriptions, recurring purchases, prepaid plans, try before you buy arrangements or other ongoing purchase contracts unless expressly stated on the relevant product page.

Most products available through our store are digital products purchased through a single, non recurring payment. These one time purchases cannot be cancelled as subscriptions and are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Where a product is expressly offered through a subscription, preorder, deferred payment plan or another purchase option, the cancellation conditions displayed on the relevant product page, during checkout or through the customer account will apply.

Cancellation of a recurring purchase option prevents future charges only. It does not automatically refund payments already completed or digital products already supplied, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
