Digital products
All products sold by Sample Packs by Soul Chemist are digital and downloadable products.
No physical products are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page.
Once your payment has been successfully completed and confirmed, access to your purchased digital products will normally be provided through:
- The order confirmation page
- An email containing a download link
- Your customer account
- The digital delivery system used by our store
Digital delivery is normally available immediately after the order has been completed. However, delivery may occasionally be delayed while a payment, order or transaction is being verified.
How to access your purchase
To access your purchased products:
- Complete your order and payment
- Check the order confirmation page for a download link or access instructions
- Check your email inbox for the order confirmation and download information
- Check your spam, junk or promotions folder if the email does not appear within a few minutes
- Make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct
If you still cannot locate your download link or access your purchase, please contact us at info@samplepacksbysoulchemist.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A brief description of the problem
We will verify the order and make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout
- Checking spam, junk and promotions folders
- Downloading and securely storing purchased files
- Maintaining reasonable backup copies of downloaded products
- Using compatible software or hardware where required
Failure to locate an automated delivery email does not necessarily mean that the product has not been delivered where it remains accessible through the order confirmation page, customer account or another digital delivery method.
Download links
Download links are intended solely for the customer who completed the purchase.
Download links must not be:
- Shared with other people
- Published online
- Resold
- Transferred
- Uploaded to file sharing services
Download links may be subject to reasonable download, security or access limits to prevent fraud, unauthorised sharing or misuse.
If a legitimate customer loses access to a purchased product, we may restore access after verifying the original order.
No shipping costs
Because our products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping charges apply.
Any taxes, currency conversion costs or payment provider fees shown during checkout are separate from shipping charges.
International availability
Our digital products are generally available to customers worldwide.
Availability may be restricted where required by:
- Applicable law
- Payment provider limitations
- International sanctions
- Fraud prevention measures
- Technical restrictions
Customers are responsible for confirming that they can legally purchase and use the products in their country.
Delivery problems
If a download link is missing, expired, damaged or not working, please contact us.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Resend the download link
- Restore access to the product
- Replace corrupted or missing files
- Provide alternative download instructions
- Offer reasonable technical assistance
Delivery problems are also subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
