What is a Custom Drum Pack?
It is a made to order drum library created around your references, production style and project goals. The pack is curated as one coherent drum identity rather than a folder of unrelated sounds.
What counts as one unique one shot?
Each distinct kick, snare, hat, percussion sound or other drum hit counts once. Alternate clean or processed versions do not artificially increase the stated unique sound count.
Are drum breaks included in every plan?
Starter includes 100 unique one shots and no breaks. Pro includes 200 unique one shots and 15 original breaks. Signature includes 350 unique one shots and 30 original breaks. Every included break is delivered in both clean and processed versions.
Can I request acoustic, electronic or hybrid drums?
Yes. The direction may be acoustic, electronic, sampled, dirty, clean or hybrid depending on your references and the type of sound you need.
Can you copy the drums from a specific record?
References are used to understand tone, groove, era and processing. The goal is an original drum identity inspired by your direction, not an identical copy of copyrighted audio.
Do the drum breaks include multitrack stems?
The standard plans include final stereo break files in clean and processed versions. Isolated stems or multitrack sessions can be requested and quoted separately when the production method allows them.
How do I send my references?
Use the request form to share songs, producers, links, BPM ranges, eras, drum characteristics and any processing notes that explain the sound you want.
When does production begin?
Production begins once the request has been reviewed, the creative direction is approved and payment has been confirmed.
Are the drums royalty free?
Yes. You can use the delivered drums in personal and commercial music releases without paying extra royalties to Soul Chemist. Redistribution of the raw files is not allowed.
What is the difference between nonexclusive and exclusive?
Starter and Pro include nonexclusive custom material. Signature includes exclusive usage of the custom audio delivered to you, so that audio is not licensed as a custom pack to another customer.
Can I request revisions?
Pro includes one revision round and Signature includes two. Revisions must remain within the original approved direction. A new drum direction may require a separate quote.
How will I receive the files?
You will receive a private download link by email. Files are delivered in organized high quality WAV folders so they can be used immediately in major DAWs and samplers.
