Returns and Refunds Policy

Digital and downloadable products

All of our products are digital and downloadable in nature. For this reason, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to waive any right of withdrawal or refund.

Exceptions – Technical issues

If you experience any technical problem with your product that prevents its use, we will do everything we can to find a solution and resolve it. To do so, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at info@thesoulchemist.com, including a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

Physical products

Should you purchase any physical product from our store, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
