The estimated turnaround begins once the request has been reviewed, the creative direction is approved and any required payment has been confirmed.
Are the samples royalty free?
Yes. You can use the delivered sounds in personal and commercial music releases without paying extra royalties to Soul Chemist. Redistribution of the raw files is not allowed.
What is the difference between nonexclusive and exclusive?
Starter and Pro include nonexclusive material created around your direction. Signature includes an exclusive usage licence for the custom material delivered to you.
Can I request revisions?
Pro includes one revision round and Signature includes two. Revisions must remain within the original approved direction. A new creative direction may require a separate quote.
How will I receive the files?
You will receive a private download link by email. Files are delivered in high quality WAV format and organized so they can be used immediately in major DAWs and samplers.
Can I order more than one pack?
Yes. For multiple packs, album projects, brand libraries or ongoing work, describe the complete scope in the request form to receive the most suitable plan or a custom quote.
