I understand that the invoice will be sent to the email address provided after this form is received, payment secures the production slot and production begins once payment has been completed. I also understand that references guide the creative language but will not be copied. I have read and accept the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy: Customers outside the EU: the store’s Terms of Service and Refund Policy apply. Because each custom sample pack is made to order, all payments are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

EU customers only: I request that production begins immediately after payment and that the completed digital files are delivered as soon as they are ready, even if this takes place before the end of the applicable 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once payment has been successfully completed and production begins at my request.
