I understand that the invoice will be sent to the email address provided after this form is received, payment secures the production slot and production begins once payment has been completed. References guide the drum language but protected audio will not be copied or extracted. Advertised quantities refer to unique sounds and performances. Clean and processed break versions are alternate versions of the same original break. Revisions must remain within the approved direction. Additional mapped formats may require a separate quote. Raw WAV files may not be resold, shared or redistributed. Starter and Pro are non exclusive. Signature includes exclusive usage for the delivered custom material. I have read and accept the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy: Customers outside the EU: the store’s Terms of Service and Refund Policy apply. Because each custom drum pack is made to order, all payments are final and non refundable once production has begun.

EU customers only: I request that production begins immediately after payment and that the completed digital files are delivered as soon as they are ready, even if this takes place before the end of the applicable 14 day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once payment has been successfully completed and production begins at my request.
